- Yes. Every Cited subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel from your account settings at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- What's the difference between Growth, Scale, and Pro?
- Growth ($39/month) is built for solo operators and small teams running one business — it includes the core multi-engine audits, visibility scoring, and recommendations. Scale ($99/month) is the most popular plan and adds more audit volume, deeper competitor analysis, and the solutions engine for generating ready-to-deploy artifacts. Pro ($299/month) is built for agencies and larger teams — it adds multi-business support, higher audit limits, white-labeled reporting, and priority support.
- What is included in every plan?
- Every paid plan includes live multi-engine GEO audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview, a visibility score, AI-powered recommendations, competitor citation analysis, and downloadable implementation artifacts like JSON-LD schemas, HTML snippets, and robots.txt updates.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You can start the 7-day Scale trial without a credit card. You'll only be asked for billing details if you choose to continue on a paid plan at the end of your trial.
- Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
