## The top of the report

The report opens with your **overall score**, a short summary of what AI says about you, and the **Next step**: the one thing most worth doing now. If this business has an earlier audit, you'll also see **Since the last audit**.

## Scores by engine and model

One row per engine (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI) with its score, and inside each engine one row per model. Each score breaks down into Cited, Visibility and Share of Voice. Click a model to see its answers.

Where an engine has as-seen results (what a person sees in the ChatGPT or Gemini app), they count for that engine and the API results are shown beside them, marked "Shown for comparison".

**How the overall score adds up** shows the weights. You can change them: for example, give ChatGPT more weight if most of your customers use it, or set a model to 0 to leave it out. See [Understanding your scores](/docs/getting-started/understanding-your-scores).

## Questions

Each question shows, for every model:

- whether the answer **cited** you, named you without a link ("Seen, not cited"), or left you out,
- the answer itself,
- **Cited instead:** the sites the answer used instead of yours.

The "cited instead" lists are often the most useful part of the report. They show which review sites, directories, competitors and articles AI trusts for your questions, which is where to get listed or mentioned.

**Topics** groups the questions by what they ask about, so you can see whether you're strong on, say, pricing questions but invisible on "near me" questions.

## Site check

The paid report includes the [site check](/docs/feature-guides/site-check): whether AI bots can reach your site, and the on-site basics AI looks for, each with a pass, warning or fail and the fix.

## Since the last audit

When you run another audit for the same business, the new report compares itself with the previous one: the overall change in points, citations won or lost per question, and big score moves per engine or model. **Open that audit** jumps to the earlier report.

To make the comparison fair, keep the same questions and models between audits.

## Share and download

- **Share link:** click **Share link** to turn on a public, read-only link to the report; it is copied for you. Anyone with the link can see it without logging in. **Stop sharing** turns the link off.
- **Download:** get the report as **PDF** or **Markdown**. Markdown is handy for pasting into an AI assistant or a doc.

## Recommendations and fixes

If recommendations were on for the audit, the report links to them. See [Recommendations](/docs/feature-guides/recommendations) and [Fixes](/docs/feature-guides/fixes).
